Review:
It is about a boy named Christian and he is interested in a book that some visitors have given him. In their town, lots of visitors come and try to get all the children to go with them to the great, King's City where all things are good and the King is there and the King loves everyone. Christian is the only boy in his town who wants to go and even his Dad doesn't believe him so he goes on his own, also hoping to find his Mum who went away when he was young. It is a great book about a boy going through lots of things, but he never gives up because the King helps him through everything.

Review:

It is about a man named Trei and he is very determined to return to the canyons with the secret of the Northmen's power but the Mountain Tribes would take him prisoner rather than keep the bargain promised to his sister Souk.
Excerpt:
In an ancient time, the difference between life and death is knowing when to run and when to strike back.

Review:

My Book was carrying on from the first series The Hunger Games. It has the main characters of Katniss Everdeen ( Jennifer Lawrence ) and Peeta Mellark ( Josh Hutcherson).

The Book is about after they survived the hunger games and who will pay for Katniss's act when she pulled out those berries in the the first Hunger Games, and what will the capitol do to get revenge towards Katniss.

They found away to punish her while she was on her victory tour and decided to hurt the most important person she cared. They also put Katniss in the Quarter-Quell( 75th annual hunger games).

Will she get out and defeat the capitol once and again. Or will she DIE trying.

Excerpt:

" She's Pregnant"

Review:
After finishing the 2nd book I just had to read the 3rd to find out what happened. Like the other 2 books in the series this last book was equally as gripping and intriguing.

Optional: Give a brief review of the book:

This is the 2nd book in the Hunger Games trilogy. It continues on where it left off with the main character having to return to the Hunger Games in an attempt by those in power to reduce her influence over the poor and destitute people in the different districts. There are murmurings of uprisings which are gathering momentum.
Just like Book 1, this 2nd instalment had me captivated from start to finish. I just had to keep reading until I reached the end. I found it also made me reflect about the world we live in today. It highlighted how similar parts of our world are to theirs in the way there is a huge difference between those with power and money and those without.
